Nous arrêterons progressivement la récolte des asperges à partir du 15 mai afin de préserver la plantation. "L'arrêt de récolte" consiste à ne plus cueillir les asperges afin de les laisser pousser et faire leur cycle végétatif. La plantation va devenir un immense buisson de 2.5 mètres de haut que nous allons cajoler pendant tout cet été pour qu'elle refasse ses réserves racinaires et préparer ainsi la récolte 2015.
Autrement dit, pensez à faire vos dernières commandes avant le 15 mai date à laquelle nous arrêterons la vente aux particuliers à la ferme et par colissimo.
